Training of the Trainers Programme

Overview

This live-in, intensive training programme will include a series of presentations and discussions on topics that are critical to the work of trainers in training personnel in institutions as they develop or enhance their cooperative education programmes. Each topic will be examined first from the multiple perspectives of all constituents---students, personnel in cooperative education, administrators, the academic institution, employers, and the country. Connections between these perspectives will then be presented and discussed in order to take advantage these perspectives in developing new programmes and enhancing current programmes.

Activities will include knowledge and experience exchanges among participants as well as group and individual projects and activities.
